  • P5 Learning Journey to SDC

In conjunction with Racial Harmony Day (21 July), the P5 Anthonians went to Singapore Discovery Centre for a Racial Harmony programme this week on 16, 17 & 18 July.

We started off bright and early! Look at our enthusiastic smiles!

When we reached there, we had three stations to complete. First stop was learning about the different cultures and traditions of the many racial groups in Singapore. This included the Chinese, Malays, Indians, Eurasians, Jews, Sikhs, Peranakans...wow! So many! We had to listen attentively so that we could complete the quiz!

After that, we were treated to some hands-on activities. Look at how much fun we had!

Finally, we had a craft session where we decorated our fans with fabric, pictures, etc. showing the multi-racial society we live in. Aren't we creative? :P

I can't wait for our next exciting NE adventure!
